Functions of the Appraisal Process/Appraiser - What can or cannot be discussed as an Appraiser when discussing the information over the loss/scope/damages. Is there anyone you cannot discuss the appraisal with? Does the insurers appraiser and insureds appraiser need to keep information confidential for a period of time without discussing with other parties - Leaking Information which might cause an Umpire to be impartial or bias in their investigation?
