You guys are phenomenal! I am so happy to have found you guys and this podcast! I am pinching myself to see if I'm dreaming! I've been doing appraisals for over 3 years. Your podcast is exactly what I've been looking for! The fact that you guys are willing to openly share your knowledge and opinions just blows me away! I feel very lucky! What a blessing!
